One special Valentine

It's Sunday, February 14th. I'm still in bed but I can hear a playful voice and I can smell some tasty breakfast being cooked.

Oh...wait...today is Valentine's Day, even more special as a BIG LOVE came into our lives almost six months ago.

I leave the bed, put on my soft, rabbit slippers and head to the kitchen.

There's a darling picture in front of my eyes: my wonderful hubby is making crepes and my adorable son is playing in the bouncer.

Who do I have TO THANK???? For this amazing family, for everything I have??? And I do it inside of msyelf, raising my eyes to the sky, as I know that there's SOMEBODY UP there who LOVES us.

I look around me just to find myself in the living room and just to find laying on the table, the most beautiful roses that Nature created, together with a card and a little present. My hubby's Valentine surprise.

We had a very cozy breakfast and decided to continue the day by going to the beach to ride some bikes. And we did. And we had so much fun. And Bryce was so fascinated by all this little adventure and the waves and the sun and the sand and the whole new world around him.

We've ended the day having a very romantic barbecue in our back yard. And again, I looked up to the sky and just said "THANK YOU".

It was one very special Valentine with the two very special men of my life.
